What Information Should NOT be in an Event?

  • If a caller or referent requests their name remain anonymous, you should advise that you cannot guarantee anonymity.
  • This information would only be shared as necessary with law enforcement, Adult Protective Services, and other regulating agencies. This should also be explained to the caller.
  • If the caller reveals their name, it should be documented in KYGFIS.
