In order to maintain security, passwords must be changed every 30 days. If your password has expired, you will be prompted to change your password when you log in. Utilizing your Help Manual, let’s practice in the Sandbox.

1.) Open and log into the Sandbox using the button below. Check the URL to ensure that you are accessing the Sandbox.

NOTE: It is very important to ensure that you are using the sandbox and not the live KYGFIS system.

2.) Enter your old password once and then a new password twice.

3.) Your password must:

  • Contain 1 number,
  • Contain 1 lower case letter,
  • Contain 1 upper case letter,
  • Be 8 characters in length, and
  • Be different from your last 10 passwords.

4.) Click the “change password” button to save the changes.
