As your final journal entry, I would like you think about three things:
- Think about your first entry – when you thought about your stage of development: BEGINNING, EXTENDING, or MATURING. Do you still feel the same about what you said or has anything changed?
Then I want you to vision forward…
- Where do you see yourself in five years.
- Think about some TA that you are currently providing. Project five years from now and where is that person or program? Think about the goals that you are currently working on – what will you do to help sustain things in the future. Has anything you learned in this module helped you to ensure that changes will occur and be sustained?
