Lesson 12 – Cultivating Musical Interest

Having a music and movement area allows children to experience different types of music, make their own music and engage in large and fine motor activities.  This lesson will give you ideas on how to set up your music and movement area.

Lesson 5 – Enhancing Playspaces for Preschoolers

The lesson will look at the importance of developing interest centers within your classroom.  We will also look at learning centers through a health and safety lens so that children can be safe as they interact with the materials in the learning centers.

In this lesson, we will take a look at some questions we need to ask ourselves as well as the 4 Key Components that help set the stage for learning in your classroom.
