Assisted Living Community Information and Certification – provides information about required certification by DAIL for assisted living communities in Kentucky.
Caregiver Support Services – provides information about two service programs available – National Family Caregiver Support Program and Kentucky Family Caregiver Program.
Hart-Supported Living – provides fund for supports to help Kentuckians with disabilities live in their homes and communities and avoid institutionalization.
Long-Term Care Ombudsman – advocates for residents of nursing homes, personal care homes, and family care homes, improving care and encouraging positive change at all levels.
Participant Directed Services – allows people eligible for Medicaid waiver services to choose their own providers for nonmedical waiver services.
Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund – has information on the TBI Trust Fund that was established to provide flexible funding and support to those with brain injuries.
Division of Adult Guardianship Services – Kentucky’s public guardianship program administered by the Division of Guardianship.
