My name is Niko, and I am going to take you through this training.
This short introductory training will give you a brief glimpse into the dynamics of Child Care Aware (CCA) and who to call with questions. You will learn more about the role of Coaches and how they collaborate with other Coaching types, Content Coordinators, and Regional Child Care Administrators (RCCAs). We will also dive into relationship-based technical assistance and its importance to your role as a Coach. You will begin to understand the processes of technical assistance (TA), how to provide TA as a Coach, and what TA is.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Describe the 4 Coaching types with Child Care Aware of Kentucky.
- Identify who to contact with questions or concerns.
- Define relationship-based technical assistance.
