Classroom Observation

An observation of a classroom to observe the teachers, children, and/or classroom is a way to collect and gather data and information. The outcomes of the training will typically influence what the observer is looking for.

Training Delivery Examples:

• Video of a classroom activity to see how something is done correctly, incorrectly, or to gather information.
• An assignment where teachers observe a classroom after the training session and share data information with the trainer.
