Entering an Event in KYGFIS:
When documenting an event in KYGFIS you will see the following fields created to improve documentation and accountability:
Action date (Date can be modified to the date the activity or work occurred, i.e., if you completed a call on May 3rd but didn’t enter the Event until May 8th, then the Action Date should be entered as May 3rd.)
Event Type (Drop Down Box)
*Time
**Mileage (Mileage is paid via the states travel system, not through GFIS)
Subject (Manually Type In)
Description Box (Enter event details)
Check Boxes for Victims
